If you have heard of "service with a smile", well Pet Doors R Us Ltd have "service with a all out belly laugh".
I was so impressed about how helpful they were.
They took the time to review my photos of our complicated existing cat door in an exterior wall and offered advise on how to make the Sureflap door fit. I'm pleased to say that their advice was spot on and the door is now installed.

The company was great to deal with from start to finish.                            
Initial phone call with Alie to make an appointment was friendly
and efficient. 
I got a follow-up phone call two days before the appointment to confirm.
Greg was on time, friendly, quick and professional. He provided a better
cat door than the ones I had seen at the vets, plus it is upgradable in the
future if I want.
Greg suggested a better placement than I had thought of, advised on all
the possible risks (but installation was trouble-free), and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Charge was as quoted and very reasonable.
I would recommend Greg to anyone else wanting to install a cat door.
