Delivery Information
- You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after leaving the check out.
Please note the Order ID number as reference when paying to ensure speedy processing of your order.
Once payment is received this will be followed by an emailed Invoice/Paid Receipt within 24 hours (please call us on 0800 88 0800 if you don’t receive this).
A printed Receipt copy will also be sent to you with your item.
- Once payment has been received your items are packed and sent by courier throughout New Zealand (no charge for orders over $85).
Apologies - RD addresses incur an extra charge as noted in shipping details on your order.
- Please be sure to note any special instructions about delivery and note we do need your residential address for warranty purposes - delivery to a business address is fine - please specify all details.
Sorry our couriers don’t deliver to P O Boxes.
- You will receive an email notifying you when your item is being picked up for delivery and also giving you a link to your tracking consignment - making it easy to see where your parcel is and when to expect delivery. No signature is required on delivery – but if you provide a contact number we do usually request the courier to call you when they deliver... so you can keep an eye out or get a neighbour to grab it for you if it’s left out/by your door NOTE*** you can specify delivery instructions when ordering also.
- Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days throughout NZ and we can send overseas – just email us with your address details and advise the product you require – we can then find out shipping costs and advise before you purchase.
