  • ALL your details remain private and confidential within our Pet Doors R Us Limited records and files

                                                    - NO information is ever sold or given to any other form of advertising or business.                         ​

  • Any home layout details/security details shared or noted during installations etc remains strictly confidential - to keep the privacy and integrity of your home intact.
     
  • Details about the product you have purchased or have had installed is kept on file for ease of purchasing parts etc if/when required - just call us and we can bring up those details and advise re: warranties and parts availability etc.
     
  • Existing glass details are kept on file when we install pet doors - this makes it easy for you to call up (if the glass with the pet door in breaks) and we can quote immediately and arrange a reglaze without the cost or time delay of another trip out to measure again. NOTE* we can help with any other reglazes you may need at any time in Auckland - just call with the size and details of the glass or email a picture with details and we can quote usually within 24 hours for you. If it's a job we can do we can possibly direct you to the best people/business to help with your requirements.
     
  • Emails may be sent out by us from time to time with regards to specials or new product launches that may be of interest to you and your four legged family members or for any product recalls/updates etc... please don't spam these emails as this will not be regular and is not meant to offend. If you would like to be taken off the email list at any point please just call us on 0800 88 0800 or email us and advise. Your details will still be kept but no future correspondence will be sent.
