Payment Terms -
Payment for products/online orders is due and expected before your order is processed or sent. If you are unable to do this online please call us to discuss and other arrangements may be able to be made to accommodate any issues you may have.
If we are supplying and installing a pet door for you payment is due on completion of the job and can be paid online or by cash or mobile Eftpos/Credt Card NOTE* credit card payments incur a 2.5% bank charge.
Greg will email a receipt whilst with you or you can request an invoice to be sent out if you don't have an email address, please just advise on the day.
All products remain the property of Pet Doors R Us Limited until full payment of the invoice has been made.
If full payment has not been made within 3 calendar months any outstanding amount/s will be passed over to a debt collection agency - any further charges accrued will be owing by the payer and of no responsibility of Pet Doors R Us Limited - the payee.
Warranties -
All brands of pet door we stock have warranties, covering manufacturing faults/flaws etc.
Most brands come with a 3 year warranty - valid providing there has been no misuse of the product and it is the correct sized door for the pet using it, installed to manufacturers specifications (hence we strongly advise calling us if you are unsure about the best size/product for your pet and situation - we can discuss and ensure you get a product that is correct and will be warrantied for the use it is receiving).
Please retain your invoice/receipt/proof of purchase to speed up any claims - although we do have a comprehensive data base and most job/purchase details can be pulled up by date/address or client name if/when required.
Auckland Installations -
Please note we can supply and install pet doors throughout the wider Auckland area - we cover North to Warkworth, South to Papakura, East to Whitford and
West to most areas/beaches of Auckland.
**If you are slightly outside these areas but wish to use our professional services please call us and we can advise if it will be at all possible and quote extra travel/time charges involved. Payment options - cash, cheque or mobile eftpos on the day or we can email your invoice on request and payment is expected/due within 3 days please.
Apologies we can't offer our installation option in other parts of New Zealand at this point of time - watch this space though!
